Apply the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to navigate and resolve team disagreements effectively.
Synthesise leadership principles to diagnose complex scenarios and adapt leadership behaviour accordingly.

Your Post-Course Challenge

  • Within 7 days, conduct one 'Feedback Loop' conversation with a team member using the SBI model.
  • Identify one 'Hygiene' issue in your team and one 'Motivator' opportunity, then act on the Motivator.
  • Reflect on a recent crisis and write down how your leadership style could have been adapted for better results.
