Your Post-Course Challenge

  • Within 30 days, conduct one formal coaching conversation using the GROW model with a team member.
  • Audit your calendar to ensure 2 hours per week are blocked for 'Important but Not Urgent' strategic work.
  • Identify one team member currently in the 'Storming' or 'Anger' stage and have a supportive conversation with them.
  • Use the SBI model to deliver one piece of constructive feedback to a team member.
