Still thinking about management training?

With government funding for Management Apprenticeships and ILM qualifications ending from September, many organisations are now reviewing how they will continue to develop their managers without access to levy funding.

For many, management development remains a business priority, but the funding model has changed. This presents an opportunity to consider whether existing approaches still meet organisational needs and what alternatives might provide the greatest return on investment.

Our alternatives include:

•       Pre-created short programmes that deliver popular content aimed at different levels of management over three or four days.

•       Aspiring Management Programme – created for first-line managers or practising managers who haven’t had any formal training.

•       ILM programmes that develop core competencies alongside providing a qualification, aimed at levels from supervisor through to Board level. Available as fast-track or longer bespoke learning journeys.

Let’s discuss your management development plans. Whether you’re looking to replace funded programmes or redesign your leadership development strategy, we can help you find a solution that fits your budget and business objectives.
