Business Benefit
A consultancy day provides a valuable opportunity to align leadership development with your organisation’s strategic goals. By exploring current capabilities, stakeholder expectations, and future challenges, it lays the groundwork for tailored training and development that supports business growth. The session ensures that training is relevant, inclusive, and outcome-focused. It also streamlines planning by enabling clear programme design and learning journeys, delivery preferences, and budget considerations.
Who Should Attend
A consultancy day should be attended by key stakeholders who can shape L&D functions including HR or L&D leaders, senior executives, and department heads who understand the organisation’s strategic goals and leadership challenges. It can also be also valuable to involve line managers who can share practical insights, as well as the account manager responsible for translating the session outcomes into a tailored training plan.
Learning Outcomes
The outcomes of this consultancy day will include a clear understanding of the organisation’s context, leadership challenges, and development needs, along with a collaboratively defined vision of success for the learning and development plans. It will result in a tailored framework outlining key content areas, delivery methods, and audience focus, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
This information will be handed over to the account manager to create a detailed training proposal, including timelines, delivery formats, and budget considerations.

The purpose of your training is learning new skills and/or changing behaviour. We can help you measure this!
Post-course, to evaluate how successfully the attendees are doing this, delegates can attend a Workplace Implementation session during the skills transfer period. This additional session lasts for 2.5 hours.
During the Workplace Implementation session the individuals will either on a 1-2-1 basis or as a group discuss the challenges and successes they have experienced during their skills transfer period.
This will include what they are doing differently as a direct result of the training and how this has positively impacted the organisation.
This is an excellent way to encourage the learning, support the skills transfer into the workplace and act as a measure to evaluate the training.
We compile this information into a report so that you have evidence of your return on investment.
