Business Skills Questionnaire

To identify main business focus- who your typical customers are, and specific vocabulary and terminology etc.

Pre-Course Questionnaires

Completed by delegate and their line manager to highlight current skill and what the perceived benefits are for attending training.

Workplace Observation Days

The lead trainer will observe staff on site to see work environment first hand, and spend time with cross section of employees to gain a greater understanding of real issues facing staff. This knowledge will be used in customisation and development of the programme as appropriate

We will incorporate any other appropriate company documentation – competency frameworks, Appraisals, policies to ensure a best fit for your needs.
