Implement the 'Circle of Control' to differentiate between manageable stressors and external factors.
Recognise the stages of burnout and apply boundary-setting strategies to protect personal well-being.
Understand the manager's role in preventing team stress and the legal obligations regarding workplace health and safety.
Develop a personal strategy for long-term recovery and sustainable work-life integration.
