Business Benefit

Insights Discovery is designed to help people understand themselves and connect better with others. It provides a valuable framework for self-awareness and learning how others perceive you. Within the work environment, the system allows us to recognise strengths and preferences of behaviour within ourselves and each other.
This discovery day is for individuals who wish to understand themselves more fully and to create plans for effective communication and influencing.
Led by one of our fully accredited Licensed Practitioners, the Insights Discovery day will be engaging, fun and insightful. In order to gain a full and precise understanding, you will complete an Insights Discovery Profile (£150+vat per delegate) prior to the workshop

Who Should Attend

This practical, hands-on workshop has been specifically developed for employees at any level within a team who need to understand and work more effectively together.
Based on the Insights Discovery system, with roots in Jungian psychology, it is an accessible way of being able to recognise other people’s strengths and preferences and how to best engage with them. The tool is hugely popular within businesses and can be used for individual performance development or wider team development.

Insights Discovery is for anyone who:
Needs to understand the impact of their personal style
Wants to have effective relationships with their colleagues
Hopes to achieve success through building strong partnerships
Is striving to improve communications and minimise conflict

Learning Outcomes

 Jungian psychological functions.
 Understanding our perceptions.
Colour energies within your specific team.
 Team dynamics.
 Your value to the team.
Adapting and connecting with other colour energies.
 Effective communication.
How to assess your team culture.

Course Content

Delegates will learn a deeper understanding of their preferences within a Jungian system of Introversion vs Extraversion and Thinking vs Feeling defined within the colour energies of Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow and Earth Green.
Workbooks and exercises in conjunction with the course being led by an accredited Licensed Practitioner will mean that individuals will understand their preferences and strengths.
You will also be able to plot where other people reside on a team wheel and be able to understand behaviours ‘on a good day’ and ‘on a bad day’ in relation to the preference mix of the colour energies.

The purpose of your training is learning new skills and/or changing behaviour. We can help you measure this!

Post-course, to evaluate how successfully the attendees are doing this, delegates can attend a Workplace Implementation session during the skills transfer period. This additional session lasts for 2.5 hours.

During the Workplace Implementation session the individuals will either on a 1-2-1 basis or as a group discuss the challenges and successes they have experienced during their skills transfer period.
This will include what they are doing differently as a direct result of the training and how this has positively impacted the organisation.
This is an excellent way to encourage the learning, support the skills transfer into the workplace and act as a measure to evaluate the training.

We compile this information into a report so that you have evidence of your return on investment.
