  • Within 30 days, conduct a 'Failure Autopsy' with your team on a recent project.
  • Map your team's current KPIs against the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives.
  • Identify one 'Hygiene Factor' that needs fixing and one 'Motivator' you can introduce.
