To support your organisation in maximising the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot, we propose the establishment of a monthly Copilot Steering Group.
Each monthly session will run for approximately three hours and will be structured to provide strategic oversight, foster collaboration, and ensure continuous learning and improvement. The agenda is designed to balance updates, exploration of new features, and actionable decision-making.

This group will consist of departmental champions who will lead the adoption and optimisation of Copilot tools across the business.
