Learning Outcomes

Enhanced Problem-Solving Skills: Delegates will work together on chosen topics, developing a deeper understanding of the problems and challenging their underlying assumptions.
Improved Understanding: Through sharing their problems and receiving input from peers, delegates will gain new perspectives and insights, helping them to better understand the issues at hand.
Empathy and Support: Delegates will be encouraged to show empathy, listen actively, and provide support to each other, fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental environment.
Effective Communication: By discussing and questioning each other’s problems, delegates will enhance their communication skills, learning to articulate their thoughts clearly and listen to others’ viewpoints.
Facilitated Learning: The facilitator will support the process, ensuring that discussions remain productive and that delegates are guided towards finding possible ways forward.
Action-Oriented Outcomes: Delegates will decide on courses of action based on the discussions, helping them to move forward in addressing their issues or problems.

They will develop and understand the problem better and to challenge their underlying assumptions. Each delegate will be invited in turn to share their problem.
Their peers will look at the problem from their own perspective, and through pertinent questions, discussion and sharing of experience
Delegates will be helped to move on in their understanding of an issue or problem, and to come to see possible ways forward.
Delegates will be encouraged to show empathy rather than be judgemental, to listen and provide support for each other.
The facilitator will help support this process.
The facilitator will help to develop the keeping of ground rules for the operation of the set. This will include allocation of time, confidentiality, attendance etc.

The purpose of your training is learning new skills and/or changing behaviour. We can help you measure this!

Post-course, to evaluate how successfully the attendees are doing this, delegates can attend a Workplace Implementation session during the skills transfer period. This additional session lasts for 2.5 hours.

During the Workplace Implementation session the individuals will either on a 1-2-1 basis or as a group discuss the challenges and successes they have experienced during their skills transfer period.
This will include what they are doing differently as a direct result of the training and how this has positively impacted the organisation.
This is an excellent way to encourage the learning, support the skills transfer into the workplace and act as a measure to evaluate the training.

We compile this information into a report so that you have evidence of your return on investment.
