Assertiveness
How managers come across to staff and how staff come across to customers can have a big impact on business results. Our behaviour in the workplace can impact on sales, productivity, staff retention, absenteeism and managing change. The skills of assertiveness can unlock the true potential of an organisation.
We offer the Assertiveness course as a company room (Group course). This means your organisation can customise the training, to the needs of your organisation, to help maximise the training benefit.
During all of our courses the tutor will support the session by encouraging individuals to think about how they are going to apply their new skills and behaviours back in the workplace.
