ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management

This programme aims to give practising or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic management skills.

Group Courses

We offer the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management course as a company room (Group course). This means your organisation can customise the training, to the needs of your organisation, to help maximise the training benefit.
